The Pros and Cons of Veganism
Have you ever wondered what it might be like to dive headfirst into a vegan lifestyle? That’s exactly what our guest this week, Emma Neely, did and she hasn’t looked back since. In fact, she’s only looked forward: soon after embracing veganism, she launched her fabulous business, Rooted Ice Cream, where she creates incredibly unique vegan ice cream flavors. On this episode, Emma shares with us the ways in which being vegan can be both rewarding and difficult, the environmental repercussions of different diets, and why she decided to become vegan in the first place. Tune in and listen to some food for thought (pun very much intended).

Hilary couldn’t get this Small Solution to work out personally simply because her cabinets won’t let her. But! That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try! Hilary got this idea from @brownkids (if you don’t follow them already, DO!): use undershelves like these, these, or these to store your fruits/veggies/produce off the countertop, freeing up tons of space.
